Changelog Description

When testing using a physical iOS 17 device, attempt to wait for the device to connect before running the test. If test runs but the device is not connected, it will fail.

Impact Description

Currently no impact since stable runs on iOS 16. This is added in preparation of allowing stable to use iOS 17 devices.
