Steps to reproduce
This is a regression on issue #117428
It was working perfectly and regression should be caused by a very recent PR.

Text should transform correclty

It showcases text transformation for both flutter and native text.
- Before regression, flutter text was transforming perfectly thx to a fix from @bdero [Impeller] Make text glyph offsets respect the current transform engine#39119
and you guys asked to submit Native text not transforming correctly. #120586 to track residual issue with native text. - After regression, flutter text transformation is broken.
