There is somewhat similar code in scenario_app/test/adb_log_filter_test.dart and scenario_app/bin/run_android_tests.dart. It's possible this will continue to evolve/get refactored, but once we reach a place we're happy with we should consider pulling out a shared class and testing it properly.
