What is happening?

In devicelab_drone recipes, we do some logic to prepare the iOS device. However, we don't do this logic in devicelab_drone_build_test recipe it seems.

I believe this is causing Mac_build_test flutter_gallery__transition_perf_e2e_ios to fail sometimes when running on iOS 17.
