I am removing this assertion, because it causes a failure (and subsequent timeout) in one Android test that does not launch a window.

We should find a solution that verifies the size is as expected, either as a 1-off test (per embedder), in a way that allows a non-UI test to pass, or perhaps change scenario_app so all tests must launch a UI. Either way, this bug tracks re-adding some form of validation or invalidating the need.
