Flutter golden checker

What is happening?

See comment left by flutter-dashboard. It flags a golden change against my PR but when I look at the golden it is from a Safari test for Flutter Web.

My PR changes some Android code and that has no impact on Safari.

Steps to reproduce

No idea how to reproduce this.

Expected results

I expect to not have my PR flagged with an incorrect golden change.
