Apple system font proxies (CupertinoSystemText, CupertinoSystemDisplay) do not respect most font weight values. #139689

With the migration to getting the Apple system fonts through their APIs in #137275 and flutter/engine/pull/46857 we lost the ability to display the font weights besides Regular and Bold, or 400 and 700. Instead they show up like this:
