Use case

Based on the discussion happened on Discord, we have come up with some ideas and improvements that we would like to propose for enhancing the existing new issue templates.

1. While the current form with collapsed sections is an improvement over a wall of text, there is still a possibility that some users may leave those fields empty.
2. Although the two checkboxes at the top of the issue, namely I have searched the existing issues and I have read the guide to filing a bug, were intended to be helpful, they seem to be somewhat distracting and may prevent others from focusing on the actual issue.

Proposal

1. This seems to be an existing issue with others as well (see https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/63402#discussioncomment-7033401). In the meantime, we could use <details open> to create collapsed sections that can still be expanded if needed.

2. We could change checkboxes to text only. This change will be applied to the following 5 issue templates:

• I am having difficulty installing Flutter or getting it to work
• Report a bug
• Feature request
• The CI infrastructure used by Flutter has a problem
• Report a bug in one of Flutter's first-party packages
