Adding new packages to the first-party package issue template #138539

Is there an existing issue for this?

Use case
two_dimensional_scrollables, process, platform packages have been added recently but they are missing in the first-party package issue template.
Proposal
Adding these packages to the first-party package issue template so user can file issues related to them.
