Invisible SliverAppBar title in Material 3 light theme #138296

Steps to reproduce
- Create an app with a
SliverAppBar - Run in dark mode, title is visible as expected
- Switch to light mode, title becomes invisible
Expected results
Title should be visible.
Actual results
Title is hidden.
