Version 7.0 came out at the end of last year; it looks like it supports back to iOS 10, so we can update to the latest version without client disruption on that front. There are a bunch of API changes in the changelog; it's unclear to me from skimming if they will cause any fundamental mismatches (as happened with the initial version of 6.x), or just minor rearrangement. I'm hoping the later, since at least parts of it look like they more closely match Android.

We should do this relatively soon, since we'll need to be able to use the latest version for privacy manifest implementation.
