Rewrite TableView golden tests when mock_canvas reaches stable #136933
Description
The TableView tests uses golden file tests to verify paint operations on the canvas.
Using a PaintPattern would be a lot simpler to maintain, which is why we added it to flutter_test in #131631
When that change makes it to stable, we can rewrite the TableView golden tests to use PaintPattern instead.
