When there's a communication failure (e.g., the native side hasn't been set up), we log "Unable to establish connection on channel." in the generated Pigeon code, but we don't say what the channel is. The error message would be much more useful in isolation (e.g., when we don't have the full call stack) if we include the specific channel in that message.
