Multiline TextField misbehaves on korean inputs only on web #134797

Is there an existing issue for this?

Steps to reproduce
- set multiline option to null
- input korean
- issue happens when line is changed.
Expected results
korean must input correctly after line change
Actual results
Does not input korean correctly just after line change.
