Description
Prerequisites:
- Use unaltered Xcode in CI on macOS 13 #134735
- All tests must pass on macOS 13
- All bots types (chromium x86, chromium arm64, devicelab x86 with iOS device, devicelab arm64 with iOS device) must be tested
