[packages] Clean up manual Pigeon enum wrappers #133455
Description
Now that #87307 is implemented we should update packages that had manual wrappers to work around it. Looking for references to 87307 in the codebase, it looks like that's:
- local_auth_android
- local_auth_ios
- webview_flutter_android
- webview_flutter_wkwebview
