Options (i.e copy,cut,paste) selecting the text from app is not clear in android #133027

Steps to reproduce
- In an Android device, go to any text field and select the text, and have a look at the options
- For this, you have to add textButtonTheme, in your ThemeData, it is been observed that this issue is with textButtonTheme, as it is overriding the native Android layer.
Expected results
textButtonTheme should not impact the text select options.
Actual results
The text theme color is overriding native Android.
