Chip border side color not working in Material3 #132922

Is there an existing issue for this?

Steps to reproduce

  1. set useMaterial3 true in MaterialAPP.
  2. run app.

Expected results

The chip border color will show different colors when the developer changes the border color.

Actual results

Nothing to change when using material 3.
