When adding a new Android plugin or app, repo_checks will fail if there's no new entry in https://github.com/flutter/packages/blob/main/.github/dependabot.yml. We should add that information to the error message; right now it just says coverage is missing, with no information about what to do about it, so it requires someone familiar with that part of the repo to explain it any time it fails.
