Triple tap on first TextField character also selects preceding paragraph #132126

Steps to reproduce
flutter create triple_tapwith supplied code sample- On a desktop platform perform a triple tap on the first character of the last paragraph (slightly towards the left of the character)
Expected results
Only the third paragraph is selected
Actual results
Both second and third paragraphs are selected:
