Right now we have opengles tests on the moto g4 and vulkan tests on the samsung devices. We should have a benchmark that also runs opengles on the samsung device since one of the criteria for shipping the vulkan backend for impeller is that it has better performance that the opengles backend.

According to local testing this is the case for the gallery driver test today, but we want to make sure it remains true and add more tests that cover gaps not covered in the gallery test.
