iOS 17 beta: XCTests requires the testing deployment target to be 17.0 #128958
Description
When using XCode 15 to build the iOS unittest (The ios_test_flutter target.) in engine, I got an error

It looks like a bug in the XCTest.framework, where a @available guard is missed. However, it prevents the unit tests in the engine to be built.
The workaround would be to update the ios_testing_deployment_target to 17.0 , e.g. https://github.com/flutter/engine/blob/main/shell/platform/darwin/ios/BUILD.gn#L221
