Use case

I couldn't find an issue for this and wanted to be able to track it. Being able to run integration tests under WASM compilation will be crucial for library authors to feel confident claiming support for WASM and for app authors to be confident that WASM builds to not introduce regressions.

Proposal

Adding a --wasm flag to flutter test or new WASM-specific device options to make Flutter projects testable under WASM compilation.
