Flutter CLI analytics: Capture web compiler in an event, not in a timing #125085
Description
Tried to capture dart2js vs dart2wasm here: #124331
Turns out (thanks to digging by @zanderso) that timings are sampled, so we're not getting full numbers.
We should capture this in an event name/category/etc
