[Impeller] Text letter spacing is inconsistant #124310

Steps to Reproduce
When using impeller there is a inconsistancy between the letter spacing of text
Expected results:
Letters should be evenly spaced
Actual results:
It is very clear in a textfield with obscured text but the letter spacing incositancy is true throughout any text. I am using the GoogleFonts package but this seems to be an issue even without using the google fonts package as evident by the last image.
