Currently migrating to shared preferences from a non flutter app is difficult to do since shared preferences forces the use of a prefix.

While this is being changed with flutter/packages#3465, people may still need a way to migrate old preferences to use a new prefix (or lack of prefix).

Providing a tool to make this simple (and safer) could be helpful to developers.
