Added in #119058, the onSecondary* properties all mention being activated by the secondary button. What is the secondary button? This should explain more, or link to associated documentation on the mysterious secondary button.

Noticed in #123036.

Note: I know I reviewed and approved this PR. Outside of the context of that PR, I realized looking at another PR that it may be kind of confusing for folks who don't know what the secondary button is. 🙃
