flutter/engine#4131 regressed some of our rasterizer benchmarks, namely:

  • complex_layout_scroll_perf__timeline_summary/frames missed_frame_rasterizer_budget_count
  • complex_layout_scroll_perf__timeline_summary/average_frame_rasterizer_time_millis
  • futter_gallery__transition_perf/worst_frame_rasterizer_time_millis
