Downloaded flutter SDK builds the tool, shows all tool pub dependencies #120938
Description
Download stable 3.7.3 from the website (I'm on a Mac)
https://docs.flutter.dev/development/tools/sdk/releases?tab=macos
Then run bin/flutter doctor from the downloaded extracted directory:.
You'll see the tool build (should it already be built?), as well as spew from the pub dependencies.
