[SelectionArea] Once text is pushed to a new line after resizing the window, we can no longer select the text on the second line #120578

Steps to Reproduce
- Execute
flutter runon the code sample - Resize application
- Drag or Double click to SelectionText
Expected results: After resize app SelectionArea can double, drag text .
Actual results: Can't selection text if drag text with newLine wrap.
