One of the larger plugins, but it is pretty well componentized with good coverage.

The main complexity is in FLTWebViewController but with not too many states and mostly small functions. Other components are much smaller.

Will need some backfilling tests before migration.

Please don't forget to backfill tests to reduce the risk of regression, as explained in the wiki.
