This is one of the larger plugin. The main complexity is in FLTImagePickerPlugin, which looks huge (600+ LOC), but with minimal states and most code is simply wrappers around system APIs.

It has moderate unit test coverage. So will need to spend more time backfilling the tests before the migration.

Please don't forget to backfill tests to reduce the risk of regression, as explained in the wiki.
