There have been a few different reasons, the latest being that the visibility on a header has changed:
Using prebuilt Dart SDK binary. If you are editing Dart sources and wish to compile the Dart SDK, set `--no-prebuilt-dart-sdk`.
Generating GN files in: out/host_debug
ERROR at //flutter/shell/platform/embedder/tests/embedder_gl_unittests.cc:37:11: Including a private header.
