NestedScrollView scrolls back to top when using MacOS trackpad #116486

Steps to Reproduce

  1. run example 1 of NestedScrollView
  2. keep scrolling down before scroll ended, then you can see the strange behavior in video

Works normal on web and mobile(iOS), strange in macOS. It seems flutter calculates offset from top again when previous scroll is still scrolling.
