The current guidance on enabled Metal validation for command line apps was based on reverse engineering what Xcode did to enable validation.

Apple now (always?) has guidance on how to do this. This guidance indicates that at least some of the flags may be unnecessary. Update the docs to correct the flags or just point to Apple's guidance.
