Xcode installation on bots do not include default simulator runtime in the framework #110543
Description
These logs show flutter_internal/ios/xcode/mac and flutter_internal/ios/xcode/ios being installed, but not the corresponding ios_runtime package, which includes the iOS simulator runtime that matches that Xcode version.
