Expose the ModalBarrier and bodyScrimColor Scaffold used with the bottom sheet

## Use case

Need to change the background color when a full-size `Scaffold#bottomSheet` contains transparent parts. Or you need to use a custom widget to render that background (like gradient).

## Proposal

Make it possible to pass `ScaffoldState#_bodyScrimColor` and `ModalBarrier` as Scaffold parameters
