`flutter doctor --android-licenses` attempts to install java

Was trying to get past https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/10702 with `flutter doctor --android-licenses`:

No Java runtime present, requesting install.
```

Pops up a dialog.  Could it use the Java installed inside Android studio instead?
