Unit Tests flutter_tests processes should run natively on Mac M1 processor #106763

Use case
When I run flutter test and I check in the activity monitor, the kind column it says:
- Apple (which means m1): for the main flutter processes
- Intel: for all processes that runs the tests
Proposal
To allow them to run faster the tests processes should run on M1 architecture too
