[macOS] Cannot quit app with Cmd+Q when text field is focused #106354

Steps to Reproduce
- Execute
flutter runon the code sample - Click on the text field to focus it, press Cmd+Q to close the app
Expected results: App closes
Actual results: App does not close. It does close if the text field is unfocused.
