Regression in Android app build time #103421

On the Engine roll here #103154
SkiaPerf is reporting regressions in several compilation time benchmarks:
The Engine roll contains the Dart roll flutter/engine#33132, with commits https://dart.googlesource.com/sdk.git/+log/2783b4384e56..ec71f6e0cb08, but nothing is jumping out at me as a likely cause.
Sample logs from CI are here https://logs.chromium.org/logs/flutter/buildbucket/cr-buildbucket/8814545042243623665/+/u/run_flutter_gallery_android__compile/test_stdout, and contain the command to run the benchmark at the top.
