Enable use_super_params for examples/api and API code snippets #101068
Description
In #100575 (comment) we decided to not enable this for code that shows up in our samples just yet because many developers copy that code into their apps that may not support super parameters yet. Once super parameters are a little more established, we should migrate our sample code as well.
