This can be closed when https://bugs.chromium.org/p/skia/issues/detail?id=13072 is resolved and post-submit failures are re-enabled (see linked PR below).

This Gold bug is causing post-submit false negatives in testing.

Image triage is handled in pre-submit, so temporarily disabling the post-submit check should not disrupt the workflow.

https://flutter-gold.skia.org/ is being monitored during this temporary period to ensure the pre-submit workflow is in tact.
