Instead of requiring a system-level GLFW, build it from source and statically link it into the Linux shell.

More testing with this turned up missing libraries in the glfw build rules I landed recently, so this will require flutter/buildroot#226 as well. I'll add a buildroot roll to this once that PR lands. |
