This shouldn't be an issue --- I talked to Fedor, and while we're negative, we're correctly billing against the open purchase order. Would there be another reason why the queue time is higher? |

Usually it takes 30 seconds to get a mac VM. In peak hours several times a week it grows to 20 minutes top. Once it reaches 30 minutes more then once a week I'm ordering more macs so you can count on 30 minutes as an SLA in the future. |

Apparently, we seem to be out of credits which is causing queue time on pull requests to exceed ~1.5 hours and counting. Rely on the Linux host presubmits till we figure out how to improve iOS/Mac presubmits.
