I'm gonna try updating this to roll ANGLE at the same time, but we'll probably also need to fix the new Impeller playground errors looking up the swapchain extension. |

The linked bug in the upstream project was closed in KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Hpp#1718. We should be able to attempt another roll soon. |
