This patch (or possibly #3952 but it seems infinitely more likely to be this patch) regressed hot restart times significantly (~4400ms to ~6000ms). (It also fixed the AOT compile times, so that's excellent!) |

This version of Dart VM should fix several regressions in AOT snapshot build times.
