This commit adds the configuration file for darwin-x64-$suffix/FlutterMacOS.framework.zip.
Currently as FlutterMacOS.framework.zip drops the symlink files and does not contain them. As Godofredo pointed out this is a known and previously solved issue. It is being tracked in flutter/flutter#107674.
