Do we want to also add labels to set for the PRs these create? e.g. https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/master/.github/dependabot.yml#L40 |

For other repos there are either no labels, or "waiting for tree to go green", "team: infra" being used. So looks like we could enable this and add labels later if necessary |
