The last two engine->framework rolls failed because the framework Firebase hosted tests crashed due to a
GetLatestFrameTargetTimecalled beforeOnAnimatorBeginFrameassert(https://github.com/flutter/engine/blob/master/shell/common/shell.cc#L1170)
